Our Mysteries

Some images in the Commission Archives are unknown to us in that we can not identify them as being a building or location in the town of Foxborough. It may be that some of these were altered dramatically or demolished over time or these may be images from nearby towns. We will periodically publish a subset of these images and ask that you contact us if you be able to help identify them.

Unknown home

An unidentified home with the image coming from a glass negative. The structure is similar to a home on Howard Avenue but seem to have foundations built from different materials.

Unknown home

Another unknown home with a unique roof to say the least. Also note the stone wall.

Unknown street scene

While this is probably not Foxborough, the intersection may be known to website visitors. Also, note the second house in on the right--it has an angled addition.

If you can help identify these photos, please send us an email us at memorialhall@foxboroughma.gov or click the button below.
